The Miserden Estate includes a wide range of residential property which is let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies and other agreements. The properties range from substantial farmhouses to small cottages and flats in the villages of Miserden, Winstone and Rendcomb as well as more isolated rural locations.
The Estate places a strong emphasis on tenants who will contribute to the community and the Estate, including the Primary School and Village organisations. The Estate is always keen to develop long term relationships with tenants and does not let on short term agreements preferring instead tenants who are likely to wish to live on the Estate for several years.
If you wish to register, please download an Application Form and return to the Estate Office.
Over the last 10 years the Estate has developed a number of buildings which are now let to commercial tenants, including implant and ceramic centre, stonemasons, fionstry, animal hydrotherapy, dog kennels and a cattery.
The Estate runs an in-hand farming operation which comprises 1,500 acres of arable land and a 320 breeding ewe sheep flock.
